FREE Standard UK Delivery Where Indicated

Our standard delivery option is free and is available to UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail 1st class post.  Delivery usually takes 1-3 days from the dispatch date but can take longer at peak times.  If you are out when Royal Mail call, they will leave a card advising where your parcel can be collected from.  We can deliver to a work address, friend or family member if more convenient.

 Express delivery - From £6.95

Next working day delivery is available to UK mainland addresses for orders placed before noon Monday to Friday.  Orders placed during the weekend or after midday Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note that this method of delivery requires a signature.  For your convenience you can select an alternate delivery address during checkout.  Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier.  Charges vary based on parcel weight and start at just £6.95.

UK mainland excludes the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isles of Wight, Scilly and Man.

Worldwide Delivery

We are able to deliver most items anywhere in the world.  Delivery to addresses outside mainland UK usually takes 5-10 working days from dispatch (for European addresses).  Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to non European addresses as parcels can be delayed in customs in the destination country prior to delivery. 

Delivery charges are calculated based on package weight. All Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£)

Rest of the World: from £6.95

Parcels are sent by airmail and delivery times are determined by the postal service in the destination country.  Please contact us if you wish to upgrade to an International courier service, which carries an additional charge.

Due to unreliable postal systems in a very small number of countries, where we are not confident parcels will reach their recipients safely through standard postal channels, we may need to levy an additional charge to send parcels by courier.  This currently applies to - but is not limited to - South Africa and the Russian Federation.  Should this apply, we will contact you prior to dispatching your order to agree this with you.

Local import taxes and duties may be charged in the destination country.  In this case the addressee will need to pay the local customs authority before receiving the goods.

Our products are made with the greatest of care in our own UK factory and we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item then simply contact us and return the unused items within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in new and resalable condition. 

Please advise of us the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Exchange orders are processed on receipt and your replacement item will be dispatched within five days if it is in stock. Should the replacement item be out of stock, you will be contacted and given the expected delivery date.

Items returned for refund will be credited back using the same payment method you used originally and will be processed within five to ten working days.

We are unable to refund P&P or returns postage however we will not charge to post your exchanged item to you. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
